Meet the Team
Cindy Edwards
Cindy is the Senior Partner at By His Design and works with creative teams and developers on many of By His Design's projects. She is responsible for the oversight of daily operations and makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and excellence throughout the design and development process.
Cindy was named the 2011 Small Business Person of the Year and the 2010 Female Minority Business Entrepreneur of the Year. Cindy has worked in Education, Marketing & A/V Production.
She enjoys helping others to find greater success in their business ventures. In addition to her responsibilities at BHD, she serves as the Chair of the Small Business Committee, and Chair-Elect for the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce and is a frequent speaker at the Small Business Center of Coastal Carolina Community College.
Andrew Beaver
Andrew is the Design Services Manager for the By His Design Creative Team. A Graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Visual Communication Design, he brings fresh design perspective and leadership to the team at By His Design.
He works with clients, designers and programming teams to ensure that design specifications are met and products are both visually stunning and technically sound. He is comfortable in both design and technical development arenas, lending great support to planning, production and testing.
He is happily married. He and his wife Heather welcomed their firstborn daughter in 2012.
Carolyn Blevins
Carolyn manages the Finance Office of By His Design. From research & estimating to procurement and payables - she keeps things moving on a daily basis. She is instrumental in sales management and finance.
Her expertise lies in customer service, office management, organization, and planning. She is often the first and last person our clients speak with. She works diligently to ensure that details are correct, orders are processed and paperwork is up to date.
She has served as an Office Manager, Secretary, Executive Secretary and has experience in human resources. Her most recent positions have been in the role of Executive Secretary.
Dwayne & Winsome Snowden
Dwayne & Winsome are Administrative Advisors for By His Design. They assist with evaluation of the company's goals and objectives. With backgrounds in Education and Administration, they are instrumental in making company decisions.
Dwayne has served as an educator, principal & Director of Elementary Education. Winsome has served as an educator, director and independent contractor.
